'An Exorcist's Go-Bag' at The Lucifer Lounge, Camden

  • Raven Records 24 Camden Road London, England, NW1 9DP United Kingdom (map)

What do you need before you leave the house? Wallet, keys, phone, glasses... Holy water, rosary, phurba, laser pointer? You’d be surprised what you might need when your friends and colleagues know you’re an exorcist!

Years of magical misadventure and occult missions have left Sef with a few scars, a lot of equipment, and some damn good tales. Hear about his days helping out across the country with possessed abattoirs, crumbling sepulchres, and the one time he accidentally (honest!) went dogging on the way back from a consultation.

This exorcism show-and-tell will entertain and enthrall, and comes with important dos and don’ts for the aspiring hex-breaker. More than just your bell, book, and candle, Sef brings his impressive array of tools, tips, and a God-in-a-box for this interactive lecture. You might even learn something for when you get that call to something that goes bump in the night.

Sef Salem is an occultist and sorcerer with over twenty years’ experience of personal and group magical practice. Initially trained as a Gnostic Mystic, he joined Ordo Templi Orientis in 2010. He runs Star Club, a modern magical order teaching a variety of esoteric practices and The Visible College, a non-profit which host events across the UK. He lives near Bristol with his fiancée and Priestess, and travels nationally to offer lectures and workshops to groups large and small.
